John Daniel Holdings (JDH) was established in March 1995 and enjoyed an early growth that culminated in the company’s listing on the Venture Capital Market of the JSE, on 6 August 1998.

Today the business is a pure holding company, spearheaded by a small management team and is dedicated to investing in young and dynamic companies earmarked for potential and promise. Our focus is on pioneering companies that are changing the business landscape and opening up exciting new avenues and possibilities within their core business. JDH gets in early at the company’s start-up stage and contributes to its growth and development – from injection of working capital to providing strategic input and assistance with corporate compliance.
